*Session - A session consists of one immersive experience created for an individual, couple, family, or group participating together in a single image. For the highest quality results, immersive experiences are designed for 2 - 4 participants per session. Larger groups may be divided into multiple sessions to ensure the best possible experience and image quality.

Custom Collections
Events with more than 100 guests require a personalized proposal. Pricing is based on guest count, event timeline, venue requirements, staffing, travel, and the level of personalization requested for your immersive experience collection.
2026 Collection Pricing is valid through December 31, 2026. Once a signed contract and required retainer are received, your contracted pricing is guaranteed.
Event Requirements
To ensure the successful operation of the Company's services, the Client agrees to provide:
• Adequate space for setup and operation.
• A flat, stable, and safe setup location.
• A standard electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the setup area.
• Safe access for setup and teardown.
• Any required venue approvals, access instructions, or known venue restrictions before the event.
• Protection from rain, excessive heat, high winds, direct sunlight, moisture, and other unsafe weather conditions for outdoor events.
The Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for guests, Company personnel, and equipment. The Company is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by venue restrictions, loading procedures, elevator access, security requirements, power outages, electrical failures, internet outages, utility issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services if conditions become unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment. Package pricing includes travel within approximately 45 minutes of Export, Pennsylvania 15632. Events beyond this area may be subject to an additional travel fee. The Client is responsible for any parking fees, valet charges, tolls, or other venue-related access fees. Any applicable travel fees will be disclosed and approved before the event.
Guest Count
Package pricing is based on the estimated guest count provided by the Client at the time of booking. If the expected guest count changes prior to the event, the Client agrees to notify the Company as soon as possible so that appropriate event coverage, staffing, timing, and personalized immersive experiences can be planned.
If actual attendance exceeds the estimated guest count by more than 10%, the Company reserves the right to assess additional charges if additional event coverage, staffing, prints, personalized immersive experiences, or other services are required. Whenever reasonably possible, the Company will discuss any additional charges with the Client or the Client's designated event representative before extending services.
Internet & Digital Sharing
Stir Your Imagination Events provides its own internet connection whenever possible to support digital services, including text message delivery, email delivery, cloud uploads, online galleries, and social media sharing. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to provide reliable connectivity, cellular coverage and network performance may vary by location and are beyond the Company's control. If digital sharing is delayed or temporarily unavailable due to poor cellular reception, network congestion, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control, it shall not be considered a failure to provide the contracted services. Digital images will be delivered as soon as a reliable internet connection is available.
Online Gallery
When included with the selected experience, the Company will provide an online gallery of event images. Gallery availability may vary, and Clients are encouraged to download images promptly. The Company may remove galleries after the designated hosting period and is not responsible for images after that time.
Photo Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, the Client grants the Company permission to use photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, and other media captured during the event for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolio use, and other promotional purposes. The Client may revoke this permission at any time before the event by providing written notice to the Company.
The Company will not intentionally use media in a misleading, offensive, or inappropriate manner. The Company retains ownership of all original media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guest Conduct & Safety
The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment for guests, Company personnel, and equipment throughout the event. Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult at all times and may not climb on or interfere with Company equipment. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any individual engages in unsafe, threatening, harassing, illegal, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior or interferes with the Company's equipment or operations. If services are suspended or terminated for these reasons, all payments made shall be retained by the Company, and no refunds will be issued.
Operational Delays
The Company is not responsible for event day delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, power or internet outages, emergencies, government actions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. The Company will make reasonable efforts to continue or resume services whenever possible.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The booking retainer is non-refundable and reserves the Company's availability for the event date. If the Client cancels the event, the retainer will be forfeited. Any additional payments may be refunded at the Company's discretion based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
If the Client requests to reschedule, the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new event date. Rescheduling is subject to Company availability, written approval, and the Client's account being in good standing. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public emergencies, venue closures, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. Performance under this Agreement may be delayed, suspended, modified, or excused as reasonably necessary.
Equipment
The Company maintains its equipment in good working condition and takes reasonable precautions to provide reliable service. However, electronic equipment may occasionally malfunction despite proper maintenance. If equipment failure prevents the Company from providing the contracted services, the Company's liability shall be limited to a prorated refund based on the portion of services not provided.
The Client agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent damage to Company equipment. The Client may be held financially responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse, vandalism, theft, negligence, or unsafe conditions created by the Client, guests, or venue personnel. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Payment Disputes
The Client agrees to contact the Company to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. The Company reserves the right to provide this Agreement, payment records, correspondence, and other supporting documentation in response to any payment dispute.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, emotional, reputational, or third-party damages, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity.
Event Delays
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, traffic, weather, other vendors, event schedule changes, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes, delays do not automatically extend the contracted service period. Additional service time may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Artistic Interpretation
The Client acknowledges that the services provided by Stir Your Imagination Events are artistic and creative in nature. Experiences, including AI-generated scenes, digital enhancements, and the Signature Sparkle Experience, are individually created for each event. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to produce high-quality results consistent with the selected experience, artistic style, lighting, color, backgrounds, AI-generated elements, and handcrafted sparkle embellishments may vary. Such variations are an inherent part of the creative process and shall not be considered defects or grounds for cancellation, refund, or other claims.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the State or Federal courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the complete agreement between Client and Company.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms contained within this Agreement.
